Near-IR Interference Bandpass Filter for machine-vision imaging — passes 845-860nm and blocks out-of-band light for repeatable contrast on the line.
Bi850 bandpass filters are available for use in conjunction with commonly used IR illuminators operating at or near the 850nm wavelength range. These filters feature a narrow band design that is ideal for use when ambient lighting conditions can create poor contrast. They commonly find use in security, traffic control, LPR and industrial inspection applications. 850nm is also a very commonly referenced wavelength used in various vegetation health index calculations. Bi850 can be supplied as either mounted or unmounted filters and are available in 0.5 and 1.0mm thicknesses.
